Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unworn and in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original shoe box. Please try shoes on a carpeted surface — soles showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.
To start a return, email us at nazan_tekmen@hotmail.com with your order number. We will send you return instructions and the return address. Returns sent back without contacting us first cannot be processed.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it for any reason, and a further 14 days to send the items back. The 30-day window above is offered in addition to this right.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We'll cover the cost and send a replacement or a full refund — in most cases without asking you to return the item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected we will let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refunded when a full order is returned; they are not refunded on partial returns.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want.
