Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery

We ship across the Netherlands. Delivery takes 3–7 business days from dispatch.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay. Any current free shipping or promotional offer is applied automatically. All prices include 21% VAT, and any duties are already covered — nothing extra is charged on delivery.

Tracking

You'll receive a track and trace link by email once your order is dispatched. Please allow a day or two for tracking to become active.

Larger orders

Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel. You are only charged shipping once.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout — once an order is dispatched we can't change it. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address can be re-sent at the customer's expense.

Delays

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email nazan_tekmen@hotmail.com and we'll chase it for you. Every order is delivered within 30 days or fully refunded.
