1. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed through this store, operated by Naaz Collection ("House of Heels"), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 87937565. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We take care to display our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we never store your card details. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

4. Orders

A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraud. In that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

5. Fulfilment

Your contract is with Naaz Collection. We remain responsible for your order, your delivery and your return.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you once the parcel has been delivered to the address you provided.

7. Returns and withdrawal

Your right to cancel and return is set out in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Conformity

Your statutory rights under Dutch and EU consumer law apply in full. If an item is faulty or does not match its description, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Naaz Collection and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order is the one that applies.
